The summer job program is here once again, and Public Entity Saba will be providing 8 young locals on the island and returning students with the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and further develop their skills for a 6-week period. The program is scheduled to begin in July and continue through August. Young locals and returning students that apply will be invited to meet and discuss their interest with personnel at the HRM department. This is to get a greater understanding of each applicant and find proper placement for each applicant. The students chosen will receive a summer job contract and an allowance which is based on the legal minimum wage.

This Initiative was put together to give young locals an opportunity to better understand employment, professionalism, and contribute toward the community of Saba and themselves.
